ZenPrimer 300 is a water-based primer designed to optimize microcement application on smooth, non-porous surfaces.
It is an acrylic emulsion that promotes the adhesion of microcement to the substrate thanks to its mineral particle (quartz sand) content, which creates a rough texture. The product emits no toxic substances and is extremely easy to apply, as it comes ready-to-use.
It is recommended for application on surfaces such as ceramic tiles (azulejos), ceramics, and smooth concrete, for both interior and exterior spaces.
Apply with a roller or brush to create a rough, textured surface. The product enhances the substrate’s grip and requires only a single coat.

ZenPrimer 300: 3 – 5 m2/kg
The ZenPrimer 300 priming system creates a rough texture on non-porous (non-absorbent) substrates, ensuring that subsequent coatings adhere extremely firmly.
The first step for proper application is ensuring the substrate is dry and degreased. The applicator must ensure there are absolutely no traces of dust or machine oil on the surface.
Once the surface is clean, shake the container thoroughly. Proceed with the primer application in ambient temperatures between 5°C and 30°C.
The microcement layer can be applied approximately 2 to 3 hours after the primer has been applied, depending on environmental conditions and the actual porosity of the substrate.
