ZenOxid is a metal paint line specifically designed to achieve a metallic appearance and a unique rust effect, when combined with the oxidizing activator ZenRust.
We offer products to create finishes that simulate: Bronze, Copper, Iron, and Brass.
This product line is ideal for bringing an industrial style and a distinctive touch to any non-traffic-bearing surface. It is versatile and can be applied in both interior and exterior spaces.

Before applying ZenOxid, ensure the substrate is clean and dry. To guarantee absolute cleanliness, use a vacuum cleaner if necessary.
Apply 01 coat of ZenPrimer 100 if the surface is absorbent (porous).
Apply 01 coat of ZenPrimer 200 if the surface is NOT absorbent.
Use a trowel to apply 01 coat of ZenOxid to the desired area.
Drying time: 24 hours.
Sand the surface.
Polish (pulir) the surface.
Use the ZenRust activator to accelerate the oxidation process (create rust marks).
Use 02 coats of ZenCover to protect the surface:
Coat 1: Allow to dry for 4 hours.
Coat 2: Allow to dry for 12 hours.
Lightly sand and wait for 12 hours. Then, apply 02 coats of ZenSealant 2K protective sealer:
Coat 1: Allow to dry for 24 hours.
Coat 2: Allow to dry for 24 hours.
